Rick Kauchak

Rick Kauchak is the Sr. Vice President of Sales for A2 Global Electronics + Solutions, responsible for ongoing sales expansion efforts in emerging growth markets.

Originally from Indiana, Mr. Kauchak graduated from Indiana University Northwest. Before starting his career with A2 Global, Mr. Kauchak served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany. After being honorably discharged, he moved to Florida to begin his career in electronic component distribution.

Mr. Kauchak began his career with A2 Global in 1992, working in the Distributor and OEM Sales division for three years before his promotion to Sales Manager. During this time, he maximized his role to enhance the selling capabilities of his team and those around him.

In 1998, Mr. Kauchak called on his sales management experience to enter the first non-selling manager and trainer role, engineering the company’s comprehensive training program and positioning himself as a mentor and supervisor to new personnel.

In 2001, while continuing to recruit for the company and maintaining the corporate training program, Mr. Kauchak accepted the role of Director of OEM Sales, a position he held for 11 years. Over this time, he advanced the development and growth of the company’s OEM/EMS division.

In August 2012, Mr. Kauchak was named Vice President of Sales, which enabled him to travel to A2 Global’s international offices, supporting global personnel and growing sales efforts throughout multiple regions.

In 2017, Mr. Kauchak accepted the position of Vice President of Sales, allowing him to drive tactical facets of the business and ensure viable growth.

Always wanting to hear the “short story,” Mr. Kauchak is a big proponent of working hard and having fun along the way.

When he isn’t cheering on the Chicago Cubs as an avid fan, Mr. Kauchak also enjoys traveling the world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Indiana University Northwest.
