Michael\u2019s career began with 18 years in the British Army as an Ammunition Technician, specializing in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD). He later served as an instructor at the Army School of Ammunition, teaching students about Electronic Counter Measures (ECM).<\/p>\n

Transitioning into the electronics industry, Michael gained experience in sales and business development, working with Samtec Connectors, Littelfuse, and Vishay before joining Future Electronics as an Account Manager. His journey led him to specialize in component modification services, where he contributed to the growth of Micross\u2019 reballing and robotic dipping services across high-reliability industries, including aerospace, defense, and oil & gas.<\/p>\n

Michael\u2019s ability to develop and implement market strategies resulted in impressive growth\u2014transforming a zero-billing solution into a highly successful offering within two years and significantly expanding operations through strategic partnerships and process improvements.<\/p>\n
