This month, we\u2019re proud to spotlight\u00a0<\/span>Natalie Burke<\/a>, Business Operations Specialist based in our Netherlands office, whose initiative, reliability, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving have become a force for progress at\u00a0<\/span>A2 Global<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Making Operations Flow Better<\/h2>\n

Since joining the EMEA Sales team in August 2023, Natalie Burke has made a meaningful impact by supporting not only the Sales but also our Global Procurement and Accounts Payable teams. Her contributions span streamlining administrative workflows, optimizing purchasing support, and improving handovers and turnaround times on sales requests.<\/p>\n

She introduced structured tracking methods and clear documentation practices, enabling better internal visibility, faster access to information, and greater consistency across day-to-day operations. These innovations have strengthened collaboration and helped eliminate bottlenecks in fast-paced, cross-functional work.<\/p>\n

Natalie Burke is known across departments for her collaborative spirit and willingness to step in wherever needed. What do you enjoy most about working at A2?<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u201cI enjoy being the person who tries to optimize processes \u2014 there\u2019s something really satisfying about solving problems behind the scenes and making life easier for my teammates.\u201d<\/p>\n

What\u2019s something people might be surprised to learn about you?<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u201cI was All Ireland Irish Dancing Champion in 1996 \u2013 to my parents. Officially, I came third.\u201d<\/p>\n

How do you spend your free time?<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u201cI enjoy exploring Central Europe and ticking new countries off my list. I also love watching films, reading plays, and traveling back to Ireland to spend time with my family.\u201d<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite quote?<\/h3>\n

Irish proverb: \u201cN\u00ed neart go cur le ch\u00e9ile\u201d \u2013\u00a0<\/span>There is no strength without unity.<\/em>
\u201cThis proverb perfectly captures the team I work with every day. Titles take a backseat to teamwork\u2014everyone stays focused on the task at hand and steps in wherever needed to get the job done.\u201d<\/p>\n
