Sales Representative

A2 Global is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and knowledge of sales techniques will help us expand our reach and serve our clients effectively.

*This opportunity includes a base annual salary plus monthly commission payment.

Location: United States (Remote)

Duties:

  1. Manage and grow their accounts portfolio and work to identify/qualify new business prospects.
  2. Establishing strong, long-term client relationships through maintaining excellent customer service to insure a positive customer relationship.
  3. Developing and executing Account Plans by first qualifying the needs of the customer.
  4. Promote the advantages of the America II business model, along with the many value-added programs that America II has to offer to customer base/region.
  5. Must have creative problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box for solutions.
  6. Must be aware of market conditions and ability to present the company policy through training.
  7. Follow through with sales leads and manage daily sales activity of assigned customer base.
  8. Develop forecasts for current and future customer needs.
  9. Responsible for meeting with customers face-to-face and travel as required.
  10. Suggesting solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs. Identify customers with the largest spend on electronic components in sales region.
  11. Monitoring sales performance to meet or exceed sales metrics and goals.
  12. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.
  13. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  14. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  15. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  16. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of Sales in an electronics distributor sales environment. At least 3 years’ experience in electronic component sales and testing sales to apply for this opportunity.
  2. Ability to understand sales performance metrics
  3. Strong computer and time management skills
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems
  5. Adaptable to a quickly changing market and sales environment

Business Support Specialist

A2 Global seeks a motivated, self-starter to work from home as part of our Business Support team.

Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Business Support Manager, the Business Support Specialist ensures the company’s objectives are met in customer relations and Order Management. The Business Support Specialist troubleshoots sales orders and ensures compliance to all company and business policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes but are not limited to:

  • Discuss with Business Support Manager, suggestions, escalations, concerns regarding processes or enhancements.
  • Maintain strong communication and support as needed with all offices globally, management, sales teams, purchasing, warehouse and accounting
  • Add new/change customer requests
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Send customer invoices/CI’s packing slips (as directed) and send order confirmations to sales when requested
  • CPO entry review at time of submission, notify sales reps for any corrections
  • CPO order/ line updates as requested by sales and/or manager
  • CPO cancellations
  • Review backlog and communicate with departments for procurement (late deliveries) compliance or credit hold releases
  • Coordinate and process j-order releases with the customer’s usage reports
  • Multi-line CRFQ entry support (dashboard)
  • CRFQ single line entry support- in emergency cases
  • CQ to CPO escalation when needed
  • Support with VPO problems from warehouse receiving to help rectify
  • Support updating VPO information
  • Communicate to component services and logistics any order updates to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
  • Qualifying external portal for emails to sales@americaii.com and distributing to proper rep – NA only
  • Obtain quotes from 3rd party vendor for services (as directed)
  • PTS test services support
  • Quoting, entering and managing QTS orders
  • Processing EDI (electronic data interchange) order requests from customers
  • Enter workorders (3rd party) into CPO when requested by sales

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service environment required
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Flexibility to sometimes work a varied schedule
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong investigative and root cause analysis skills
  • Excellent follow-up, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Microsoft skills (excel, outlook, word)

Once your information is received, it is reviewed by our recruiting team and forwarded to the manager of the department to which you are applying or are qualified. After the appropriate manager has reviewed your submission, our recruiting team will contact you if there is interest in scheduling an interview.

Typically, our team will review your resume and, if interested, will call you for an interview within two weeks from the time we receive your information. If we have not contacted you within two weeks, we have likely chosen to keep your information on file for the time being.
